Standard training sessions are for one hour every day for one work week (Mon-Fri), at whatever time is most convenient for you. Included in the program are instructions for maintaining and keeping your computer virus-free with the most up-to-date virus and spyware protection available. MCS reccommends AVG Free Edition 7.5 for antivirus protocol, which we will install and set up for you.
